Roman Glass travelled to Pershore, leading the way in the Hellenic League Premier Division and having not lost a league game.
The Plums came into the game on the back of an impressive 2 - 0 win over Westfields on Tuesday night, but the win have consequences with Kirk Layton unable to recover from a knock in time.
The task ahead looked out of sight by half time, Glass had a 2 - 0 lead over Pershore with the second coming on the stroke of half time.
A chance to go further ahead came mid-way through the second half when a penalty was awarded to the visitors but the ball struck the upright.
Pershore had a lifeline, it wasn't one they looked to pass up on. A change of shape, a host of changes and The Plums got back in the game when Baldwin beat his man down the left, fired a ball across goal and the Glass defender bundled it home.
A Pershore second didn't take long, Baldwin again involved in the build up, cutting in off the left wing he threaded a ball through to Price who slotted beyond the keeper.
Janes' side weren't done yet, although settling for a draw would've been the easy option! A succession of Petar Tonchev corners, with the last dropping to Aidan Clark who's initial shot was blocked but fell to Jake Donnelly to hammer home with his left.
It's a first defeat for an experienced Roman Glass side but another three points for The Plums who make it back-to-back wins in the Hellenic League.
"What a way to mark our 100th game in charge of the club." said Janes.
"Everything seemed to be against us leading up to the game. Kirk Layton just couldn't recover in time from an injury so had to pull out of the squad in the morning, Devonn was still not fit, Zaq and Cress were both unavailable.
"Although we have the depth, you always want to have full availability when you play top of the league.
"We competed well in the first half and I felt although they had more of the ball, we were comfortable. We give away a poor first goal from a corner, then their second goal right before half-time that really hurts us.
"We spoke in the changing rooms around a tactical plan that we would change the shape and our approach at some point, but it was more around the mind-set to chase them and the pride of playing for the club if they went further ahead.
"I appreciate we rode our luck, they missed a penalty and had a couple of good chances. We get our first goal and the whole momentum of the game changes.
"Our change of shape and approach brought a real intensity to the second half and I thought they struggled to cope with that. We grab the equaliser and with five minutes to go, most teams sit on the draw, not us, we were always going to go for the win.
"I am delighted for the players, as much as I criticise them it's been difficult for them. They have so much ability it can be frustrating when you see inconsistency, but this week they have been the best I've seen them.
"That win was not just for them, but for my management team who give so much to the players and the club.
"It has been a difficult place at times with the result we have had, especially when you give so much. These are the moment you have to enjoy as a group.
"I am delighted for those behind the scenes at the club because they make it a special place.
"I rarely celebrate goals as I have become quite emotionless in games. What I mean by that is of course I am passionate, but I try to look at the bigger picture of what could happen next and what we need to do.
"I focus that much that on what is happening and when I began managing I felt I was too emotionally involved in games so I tried to move away from that.
"I could not help but celebrate Donno's winner yesterday though because it has been difficult, I have great people around me on the staff and at home, but when things don't go well managing can be a lonely place. I am delighted for everyone.
"The players now have to follow this up on Tuesday. If we don't perform and get the result we want then it brings you back down straight away, it's important not to get too high."
