Janes' side remain in four cup competitions currently and tomorrow evening they travel to Moreton Rangers for a Challenge Cup First Round fixture.
It's the third time already this season the two sides will have met having been drawn against each other in the Floodlit Cup too.
Moreton Rangers come into the game unbeaten in their last five league fixtures whilst Pershore have run up three straight wins.
"Like every competition we enter, we want to go as far as we can and our objective is to win it." says Janes.
"To win a cup you have to be right at it in every moment because there are no second chances.
"Moreton will see this game as a free hit and I know for a fact they will thrive on knocking out one of the favourites. The pressure is with us but we thrive off that.
"We will be flexing our muscle again and making changes as I want to ensure the team is refreshed and we have new energy. I think it's important that enthusiasm is instilled within a team and you are guaranteed that with players who want to make an impression.
"We are very strong as always and I look forward to seeing the levels we can produce."
