Another week of results to go through from all of our sides at Pershore Town.

On Thursday evening under the lights at the AIM Community Stadium our Midland Floodlit Under 18's sent Worcester City home without so much as a point following a 4 - 2 win. Ollie Smith helped himself to a brace whilst Ronan Coghlan and Igor Savciuc were also on the scoresheet in a win that takes Pershore joint second in the league.

There was more football under the lights at the Community Stadium; on Friday evening our Under 14's hosted Bidford Juniors in a Ambassador Evesham Football League fixture. The Plums were in impressive form for this one, with a final score of 8 - 2 despite a highly impressive performance from the Bidford Juniors' keeper. Charlie Smith, Tom Porter and Oscar Helm all helped themselves to a double with Finlay Townsend and Nayden Stanev also scoring on the night.

Onto Saturday morning now and our Under 8's played in a home friendly fixture against Honeybourne with no league fixture scheduled. Even at a young age they showed character to come from behind in this one, Alfie and Joseph were on the scoresheet whilst Buddy lashed in a screamer.

Tim Brown's Under 9's had a Saturday morning learning curve, whilst short of players they had to work hard to make the game competitive and Harry managed to get himself on the scoresheet twice.

The newly formed Under 10's had a tough morning against Inkberrow Eagles whilst Kalton did manage to get himself on the scoresheet with his strike.

AJ's Under 11's put last weeks results behind them and produced an impressive display away to Welland. A Pershore Town clean sheet for Kian whilst Cameran hit three at the other end and Lucus added to the scoresheet with a goal.

Pershore's Under 11 Bullets' are improving each week they play together, they played Inkberrow Eagles and Reece got his first goal for the Football Club.

Our Under 12's fell to a 4 - 0 defeat against a well drilled Oldbury Park Tigers, whilst giving away two cheap goals The Plums finished the game strongly but were unable to impact the scoreline.

Meanwhile the Under 12 Bullets' notched up a 2 - 0 win away at Evesham, Ben Thompson scored a second half double in that one! Somebody did mention that a Pershore Town First Team corner routine came off for one of the goals?

Our Under 12 Girls Team came up against a very strong Meadow Park Team, falling to a 9 - 2 defeat in this one. Grace Mountain picked up two assists whilst both goals were well taken by Rhianna Croy who has five goals in two games for The Plums.

Pershore's Under 13's held Bredon to a 1 - 1 draw. Despite losing their keeper to an injury the night before, Lucas Webster had to put on the gloves for much of the game until coming outfield to score the equalised with five minutes to go!

The Under 15's competing in the Evesham Ambassador League ran out 3 - 1 winners, Mark Mitrov, Joe Greening and an Own Goal proved more than enough to secure three points for The Plums.

Under 15's made it a clean sweep, the Midland Junior Premier League side beat last season's champions, Aylestone Park Youth 5 - 3. Joel Master scored a hat-trick with Cody Boulton and Will Hicks also adding to the scoreline.

The Under 18's keep winning, on Saturday morning they ran out 5 - 2 winners over on the back pitch at the AIM Community Stadium. Ronan Coghlan scored twice with Liam Hobbs, Harvey Dyke and Olly Lewis also scoring as St Johns Colts were brushed aside despite the scored locked at 2 - 2 at half time.

Onto Sunday and the Under 14's had to come from behind at half time to beat Kidderminster Athletic, after trailing 2 - 1 The Plums kicked into gear to finish 5 - 2 winners. Charlie Smith and James Barnett both struck twice whilst Tom Porter also added to the scoreline.

The Under 15's won again to back up two wins on the Saturday, this time beating GVR Chalford 4 - 1. Ellis Williamson, Callum Jenkinson and Mark Mitrov all scored whilst Joel Reeves picked himself up to place home from the penalty spot.

There was a defeat for our Sunday Team away to Stratford Home Guard Club, The Plums unable to prevent a 3 - 0 defeat with the derby against Fladbury up next this weekend.
