Starting us off this week is Andy Medler's Under 9's who faced Chaddesley Ravens away, at The Plums still getting to play at Pershore High School as the away team. Ethan, Harry and Josh all found the target for Pershore as they progressed in the MJPL Cup despite conceding late on.
Tim Brown's Under 11's hosted an impressive Ashton side on Saturday morning. The Plums struggled to get going in this one and despite scoring two good goals, it was the visitors that went away the happier of the two teams.
Jon Dean's Under 12 Bullets' hosted Nunnery Wood at Eckington on one of the few grass pitches in the area that survived Storm Bert! Edward had given The Plums a slender lead by half time before the visitors put themselves infront with two set pieces. With Pershore chasing the game, it was Saul that found the equaliser for share of the spoils and taking Jon's side to unbeaten in five.
Finally, Wayne Lomax's Under 16's played out a stalemate away to Claverdon. Full credit to 'stand-in' keeper, Toby Marchant who made a big save in the second half to keep the scores level against top of the league.
