In the only game that remained on, on Saturday, Andy Medler's Under 9's travelled to Chelmsley Wood to take on Arden Forest in a Midland Junior Premier League Trophy fixture, on a 3G of course. Quinn, Aidan and Josh all got on the scoresheet as the two sides couldn't be separated at the Full Time whistle and with the game heading to penalties there was always going to be one side heading out of the competition. As the spot kicks headed into sudden death, it was Pershore that wished their opponents well for the next round.
Onto Sunday and Wayne Lomax's Under 16's were also in cup action themselves, taking on City Juniors in the Quarter Final of the County Cup. The Plums took the lead early on in this one with Morley slotting home from Nelson's through ball but City Juniors responded before the break. Second half was roles reversed, City Juniors took the lead and this time Harry got on the scoresheet to level the game and take it to penalties. It was Wayne's side that proved succesful from the spot, they head into the County Cup Semi Final.
